The small print, kept short
How we handle your information, how bookings work, and what happens if something needs to change. Last updated September 2026.
Privacy policy
BESPOKEN by Dany takes privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect when you visit www.bespokenbydany.com, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you visit the site we automatically receive standard technical information — browser, device, IP address, time zone — and information about which pages you viewed and how you reached us. When you send an enquiry we receive the name, email address, event date and message you choose to give us.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used solely to answer you and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work. Technical information is used to keep the site working, to understand which pages are useful, and to guard against abuse of the contact form.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade your personal information. We use a small number of processors to run the site — a hosting provider and an email delivery provider — and they receive only what they need to perform that service.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@bespokenbydany.com and we will respond within 30 days. Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, and records connected to a completed booking for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.
Terms of service
By using this site you agree to these terms. All photography, text, designs and floral work shown here are the property of BESPOKEN by Dany and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Because every piece is composed by hand from natural material, no two are identical. Colour, stem and form will vary from the photographs, and specific flowers are always subject to what the season and the growers actually produce. Where a named flower is unavailable we substitute something of equal quality and character, and tell you.
Bookings & cancellations
Confirming a date
Wedding and event dates are held on receipt of a signed proposal and a 30% non-refundable deposit. The balance falls due 14 days before the event.
Changes
Design changes are welcome up to 30 days before the date. After that, availability of material makes substantial changes difficult, though we will always try.
If you cancel
Cancellations more than 60 days out forfeit the deposit only. Within 60 days, 50% of the total is due; within 14 days, the full amount, as the material has by then been ordered.
Postponement
Where a date moves for reasons outside your control, we will transfer your deposit to a new date within 18 months subject to availability.
Shipping
Store orders ship across Sweden and Denmark. Dried and preserved pieces are packed flat and protected, and typically arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch. Fresh work is hand-delivered within Malmö and the surrounding area rather than shipped.
Delivery elsewhere in the EU is available on request — write to us with the destination for a quote. Any customs duties outside the EU are the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns
Ready-made store items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging, in line with Swedish consumer law. Return postage is the customer’s unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Made-to-order and personalised pieces — commissions, bridal work, custom gift boxes — are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are produced specifically for you.
If anything arrives damaged, photograph it and write to hello@bespokenbydany.com within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it.
Questions about any of the above? Write to hello@bespokenbydany.com.
