Where is BESPOKEN based, and where do you deliver?
BESPOKEN is a floral design studio based in Malmö, Sweden. We work across Malmö, Lund, Helsingborg and the wider Skåne region, and travel to Copenhagen. Gift boxes ship across Sweden and Denmark, and we take on destination weddings elsewhere in Europe by arrangement.
How far in advance should I book wedding flowers?
For a wedding in peak season (May to September) we recommend enquiring 8 to 12 months ahead. That said, we keep a small number of dates open for shorter timelines, so it is always worth asking — email hello@bespokenbydany.com with your date and venue.
What does a wedding floral design cost?
Full wedding florals start from 6 500 SEK. The final figure depends on the scale of the ceremony and reception, the flowers in season on your date, and whether installations and setup are included. You receive a written proposal with itemised pricing before anything is confirmed.
What is a flower crown fitting, and do I need one?
Crowns and ear adornments are shaped to the wearer, so for brides and bridal parties we include a fitting to get the proportion and the line right against your hair. For a single crown ordered as a gift, we work from measurements instead.
Do you work with dried and preserved flowers?
Yes. Dried and preserved florals are a core part of the studio, and they suit wreaths, ear cuffs and everlasting arrangements particularly well. They also travel and ship far better than fresh, which makes them ideal for gifting.
Can you make a gift box for a company?
Yes. Corporate and client gifting is one of the things the studio does most. We handle curation, packaging, personalised notes and delivery logistics at volume, with the same packaging standard as a single box.
What languages does the studio work in?
Daniela works in English, Spanish and Swedish.
Who is behind BESPOKEN?
Daniela Garcia — a floral artist and designer originally from Colombia, who worked for years as an event manager before founding BESPOKEN in 2021. The studio is now based in Malmö, Sweden.
